How can I get in touch with Carol?

How will my artwork be shipped?

We take a lot of care when shipping artwork, including bubble wrap and sturdy packaging.

No responsibility is taken for any damage during posting and transit. When quoting for shipping we can include insurance which we recommend.

An artwork I like has sold. Can I get the same one?

All artwork is unique, no two pieces are the same. However, you can request a commission piece from Carol by completing the enquiry form here. Make sure you include the name of the artwork you like for reference.

How does payment for an original painting work?

Once you have enquired about an original artwork and confirmed that you would like to purchase it, Carol will send an invoice with the payment options. Payments can be made in person or via bank transfer. Once Carol has received the payment the artwork will be shipped.

How does payment for commission work?

50% of the commission cost is required upfront, a further 25% on completion and the final 25% on delivery. Carol will send an invoice with the payment options. Payments can be made in person or via bank transfer.

Do you have a shipping policy?

All artworks will be sent via Australia Post or courier and will be posted once payment is received.

How long does a commission artwork take?

Commission artwork can take between 2 to 4 weeks from the time the request is received. Carol will reach out to you via email or phone to receive an initial brief. If you need the artwork completed by a certain date it is best to get in contact around 6 weeks before.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Unfortunately, if you have a change of mind about the artwork you have purchased you will not be offered a refund.

You will receive a photo of your commission artwork before delivery to ensure that you’re happy with the final product.

Can I get a piece of artwork framed?

Framing will cost additional and will need to be quoted.

How does the commission process work?

Once Carol receives an enquiry she will contact you via phone or email to verify dimensions, colours, theme and cost. Once the brief has been agreed Carol will send an invoice for payment. Carol will begin the painting once the 50% deposit has been paid. 25% is required on completion and the final 25% on delivery. Carol will send an invoice with the payment options. Payments can be made in person or via bank transfer.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?

On request, Carol will send a certificate of authenticity. Certificates of authenticity are available for all artwork except for miniatures.

Do I have a right to copy the artwork once I pay for the artwork?

No, you do not acquire the copyright when you buy the artwork. If you would like to own the copyright please contact Carol to discuss.
